Yoga in the Workplace

Working for long periods at a desk and looking at screens all day can be both draining on your body and energy levels. However, it can be tricky to fit a yoga class in around a busy work schedule and home commitments.

Yoga in the workplace can be a lovely well-deserved break for your team. Using my previous experience of working in the mental health sector my yoga classes encourage people to prioritise their well-being and take some time away from their desk and ‘to do lists’ to recharge.

I offer uplifting and nourishing classes, enabling your team to release built up tension from desk hunching and general work pressure.
