Hi, I’m Sinéad, I teach light-hearted vinyasa flow classes in my home town of Leeds. My aim as a teacher is to provide a welcoming and supportive space that invites you to come as you are, to enjoy moving your body, and to find a gentle pause from internal chatter.

I believe yoga is for everyone; I teach open level classes with options and modifications to welcome beginners and a few challenges for anyone who fancies giving them a go. There will always be plenty of encouragement to listen to your body and rest when you need. For me, yoga is a lovely practice to help find a sense of calm, to reset and nurture kindness to yourself.

Each class combines energising and uplifting flowing sequences to build strength and openness in the body with slower paced restorative poses and breathing exercises to help you feel nourished and recharged.

I have been going to Sinéad's yoga classes for two years or so now and I have nothing but praise for her both as a professional Yoga teacher and as a very friendly and approachable person. The classes are very well structured, well-paced and with a superb variety of exercises/poses. It’s obvious to me that Sinéad prepares in depth for each lesson and this professional approach benefits everybody - whether you are new to yoga or have been practising for years

Your class made me practise every night this week - I’ve fallen back in love with yoga again.
